    In this database, you will find answers to most of frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to a wide range of IT-related topics. There are three different ways to navigate through the wealth of information stored in this database:

    		Search for a keyword
    Click the link to display a search form that allows you to enter one or more keywords that you are interested in finding about. Additional tips for effective searches are included on the form.

    		Browse through a categorized list
    Click the link to display a categorized list of all FAQ documents stored inside this database.

    		Go to specific FAQ
    Enter the FAQ ID number, if you know it, and click Go.


    If you did not find what you were looking for, use the "E-mail HelpDesk" link that appears on the bottom of each FAQ document to submit your question to our HelpDesk.
