Welcome to IT Services FAQs!

In this database, you will find answers to most of frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to a wide range of IT-related topics. There are four different ways to navigate through the wealth of information stored in this database:

	Search for a keyword This database has its own local search engine (it does not use Google), that only searches for documents sorted inside this database. Use the search form that allows you to enter one or more keywords that you are interested in finding about. Additional tips for effective searches are included on the form.
	Go to specific FAQ or FAQ Collection Enter the ID number, if you know it, and click Go.
	Browse through a categorized list You can browse through a categorized list of all FAQ documents stored inside this database. Click on the icon to expand the category of interest. Each category groups FAQ documents based on the common theme, for example "BlackBerry - Activation". "BlackBerry" is the main category, and "Activation" is the subcategory.
	Browse through a list of FAQ Collections You can browse through the alphabetical list of FAQ Collections. Each FAQ Collection page groups FAQ documents that belong to the same categoty and subcategory.
