Staff from the Department of Human Resources will be available in the afternoon to meet with individual faculty members to complete the pension and benefits paperwork required for enrolment in the plans. If you have not completed the paperwork, book your personal appointment during the morning break. Required information: void cheque (if not already submitted); birth certificate or passport; social insurance number; dependents’ and beneficiarys’ information such as their birthdate, birthplace, full name, address, and their social insurance number.
