POWER YOGA FLOW - WINTER 2010
Taught by Nicole Daignauly, who received her Yoga Teacher certification in Varansai, India in 1999. Since then she has taught around the world, including Australia, Thailand and India. In Windsor she owned PRANA YOGA STUDIO and ERLEICHDA HOUSE, and has taught many classes and workshops at various studios around the city and throughout Essex county over the years, Students know Nicole's teachings to be authentic, integral, loving, deep and healing. One of her strengths as a teacher is to instruct beginners at the same time as advancing others with more experience, ALL ARE WELCOME!

During this 10-week course, beginners and advanced practitioners alike will gain wisdom through a flow of asanas. proper breathing, proper posture, meditation, chakra awareness, increased agni, and concentration on OM are emphasized.

There are some mats there to borrow, but it is recommended to bring your own!
