BALLROOM DANCING INTERNATIONAL - WINTER 2010
Learn and practice timeless art of modern Ballroom dances, such as WALTZ, TANGO, BLUES, FOXTROT, VIENNESE WALTZ, and more. It is a necessary social grace that fills a need in both the business world and on a personal level. This course begins with basic partnering and single steps, and advances to more difficult steps and variations. It is great fun and great exercise. A partner is helpful, but not mandatory.

LATIN DANCING INTERNATIONAL - WINTER 2010
Break free and enjoy coordination, freedom of movement and be able to dance the most popular and hottest Latin dances, such as RUMBA, CHA-CHA-CHA, SAMBA, SWING/JIVE and more. Benefit from increased flexibility and joint movement. Have a fun and great workout. The course provides the foundation dance components, base timings/rhythms, key foot patterns, and essential leading and following techniques. A partner is helpful but not mandatory.

This ancient dance will get you fit while having fun. You will improve your flexibility, isolate and strengthen specific muscles, especially hips, arms, legs, abs and back. Improve your posture, boost your confidence, and unleash your inner goddess.

BEGINNER - Focus on the technical aspects of Belly Dance. Each week will feature a different movement pattern and a variety of props.
