You are invited to participate as an Exhibitor at the 2006 Annual Conference of the Canadian Identification Society and the Canadian Society of Forensic Science at the University of Windsor, located in downtown Windsor, Ontario.
This year’s conference will be the first ever joint conference between the Canadian Identification Society and the Canadian Society of Forensic Science and will draw up to 150 members and interested forensic specialists from across Canada and beyond. As an exhibitor you will have access to forensic practioners from a wide spectrum of forensic disciplines including Anthropology, Chemistry, Engineering, Identification, Medicine, Questioned Documents, Odontology, Toxicology and DNA. Members of both Societies rely on the professional contacts, the presentations and the exhibitors at the Annual Conference to keep their knowledge current in rapidly advancing areas of science. Your contribution will be a valued addition to the event and will surely provide you with unparalleled exposure in a highly specialized Canadian market place.
For the 2006 Conference, the layout of the exhibit booths allows ample room for conference participants and exhibitors to discuss current technologies and applications. As well, the opening reception, all coffee breaks and an exhibitor’s luncheon are to be held in the same location. If you wish, you may also attend the closing banquet. The cost in attending the closing banquet is not included with the purchase of exhibit space. The cost of attending the final banquet is $50.00 per person.
Please indicate your preliminary interest by completing and returning the exhibitor’s registration form, following which a detailed agreement will be sent to you for your approval and signature. If you wish to go directly to the Exhibitor’s Agreement, complete that form and send it in with your deposit or full payment, please do. It is not necessary to complete both forms

INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE EXHIBITORS
Conference location: University of Windsor, Windsor, Ontario
Conference dates: Monday August 21 – Friday August 25, 2006
Exhibit set-up: Monday August 21 from 9:00 AM
Exhibit take-down: Wednesday August 23 after 16:00 PM
Promotions to be held in Exhibit area:
Monday evening - opening reception
Wednesday noon - Exhibitor’s Luncheon (see below)
Every day - mid-morning and mid-afternoon coffee breaks
Booth dimensions: A standard 10 x 10 booth. Additional furnishings available at cost.
Electrical connection: One 110v 15 amp duplex outlet at each booth. If additional power is required, arrangements can be made directly with our electrical contractor.
Cost: A detailed agreement will be sent as soon as possible. Cost will be $500 per booth. $250 payable when agreement is returned, the balance to be paid in full before July 1, 2006.
