How can we notice signs of new life and purpose in the face of diminishing energy and fewer members in our churches and ministry settings? By looking at some practical questions, we will explore how to better equip faith communities to read the context in which we find ourselves and how to equip leaders to go where the Spirit calls. Change, Consensus, Governance and Decisions-making are some of the themes we will explore during this workshop.
