Rev. Dr. Lloyd Smith, Chancellor
The Rev. Dr. Lloyd Smith is a United Church of Canada minister who holds a Ph.D. in Theology from the University of Glasgow, Glasgow, Scotland, as well as a Master of Divinity from Queen's Theological College.
His specialties are in the area of pastoral care such as "Death and Bereavement".
Dr. Smith previously worked as the Personnel Minister of the London Conference.

Rev. Dr. BoJeong Kim, Principal and Chaplain
The Rev. Dr. BoJeong Kim is a United Church of Canada minister who holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Windsor as well as a Master of Divinity from Emmanuel College of Victoria University.

Dr. Norman King, Director, School of Theology
Dr. Norman King, is a University of Windsor Professor Emeritus of Religion/Spirituality and Culture. He holds a Ph.D. in Theology, and an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Toronto, as well as an S.T.B. from Laval University. His writings have focused especially on the human search for meaning in the twentieth century, in its personal, interpersonal, and social dimensions.

Averil Spence-Clarke, Program Director
Averil is a member of a United Church with great volunteer work experiences within the church and wider community of Windsor. With business training from Toronto School of Business and a Music Degree from the University of Western Ontario, Averil has worked as a music teacher, a performer (most recognized as one of the duo known as Jubal's Daughters) and as Past President/Administrator of The Windsor /Federation of Musicians, Local 566.
