Combined General Classics and Modern Languages
Total courses:
thirty.
Major requirements:
twenty-four courses, including
(a) twelve of the fourteen courses prescribed by the General Modern Languages degree;
(b) twelve courses prescribed for the General Classical Civilization degree.
Option requirements:
six courses including
(a) two courses from Social Sciences;
(b) two courses from any area of study, excluding Arts.
Other requirements:
(a) 01-150, 01-151**.
**Students who have completed a minimum of twenty semester courses prior to Fall 2008 are not required to take 01-150 and 01-151. Such students, who opt not to take 01-150 and 01-151, will be required to substitute any two courses from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, for which they are eligible.
