Usability Studies

“The Effectiveness, Efficiency and Satisfaction with which users can achieve tasks or goals of a website or application”

Usability testing is a method by which representative users are asked to perform certain tasks in an effort to measure the product's ease of use, task time and the user's preception of the experience. One of the most common problems that usability testing solves are navigational issues. Usually the problem has to do with the language used. What is clear to the programmer may not be clear to the user.
