The following is a comprehensive list of publications from the Sale lab, from its present virtual form back to its physical forms in Windsor, Durham NH, and Sydney, Australia, and even back to my student days in Hawaii and U Toronto. Papers are listed reverse chronologically, and alphabetically by author within years. Books, book chapters, gray literature and peer-reviewed papers are merged to one list.
Since I seldom co-authored the publications resulting from theses of graduate students, believing they should get full credit, the list includes a number of papers that are from my lab but do not include me as an author. I publish jointly with students and ex-students on collaborative projects outside their thesis studies. I take first author only for papers I write.
COPIES OF ARTICLES: Copyright issues prevent me posting links to pdf versions. Like most authors, I will provide pdf on request if you do not have access to the journal.
