DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENT
All documents received become the property of the University and will not be returned.
Action will be taken on an application for admission when all the documents listed below have been received:
1) The online
application

properly completed.
2) One copy of official or unofficial transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate work from all colleges or universities attended. If an offer of admission is extended on the basis of unofficial transcripts, final official transcripts must be submitted
by the deadline on the offer of admission
