Honours Developmental Psychology
This program is intended for students who wish to study the discipline of lifespan developmental psychology (child, adolescent, and/or adult development) over a four-year period, including those who might wish to study at the graduate level in professions or disciplines other than psychology.
Total courses: forty.
Major requirements: eighteen courses, including 46-115, 46-116, 46-229 or 46-230, 46-320, 46-335 or 46-353 or 46-358, 46-427, and at least two 200-level courses, two 300-level courses, and two 400-level courses from the following list: 46-223, 46-224, 46-225, 46-322, 46-323, 46-324, 46-327, 46-421, 46-422, 46-423, 46-424, 46-425, 46-428.
Option requirements: six courses including
(a) two courses from Arts;
(b) two courses from Languages or Science;
(c) two courses from any area of study, excluding Social Sciences.
Other requirements:
(a) 01-150, 01-151;
(b) 02-250;
(c) five courses from any area of study, including Psychology;
(d) eight courses from any area of study, excluding Psychology.
