Women's Studies - Major requirements: 53-100, 53-200, 53-201, 53-202, 53-220, 53-300, 53-301, 53-310; at least one of 53-320, 53-360, or 53-390; 47-461, 53-347, 53-370, 53-470, plus 2 Women’s Studies (53-) electives, plus 1 Women’s Studies/Women-Emphasis electives.
Other Requirements:

(c) one Science elective;
(d) two courses from any area of study, excluding Social Work and Women's Studies. (It is recommended that these electives be from related disciplines.)
**Students who have completed a minimum of twenty semester courses prior to Fall 2008 are not required to take 01-150 and 01-151. Such students, who opt not to take 01-150 and 01-151, will be required to substitute any two courses from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, for which they are eligible.

Year 2: (Ten courses) 47-210, 47-211, 53-220, 53-310, and another science credit, 3 Women's Studies electives, 02-250 and 1 elective from any area of study excluding Social Work and Women's Studies.
Year 3: (Twelve courses) 47-302, 47-303, 47-336, 47-337, 47-344, 47-361, 47-362, 47-363, 47-364, 53-300 or 53-301, 53-347, 53-370.
Year 4: (Twelve courses) 47-436, 47-437, 47-448, 47-462, 47-463, 47-464, 53-300 or 53-301, 53-400*, 53-470 plus 3 Social Work electives.
* Students earn credit for 53-400 through their Social Work placements.
