CIVIL ENGINEERING AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION
Within Civil Engineering, the available fields are Structural Engineering and Water Resources Engineering.
In the Structures field, research encompasses ACM, structural dynamics, fatigue damage assessment, steel, concrete technology, soil mechanics, and foundations. In the Water Resources field, research is in hydraulics, hydrology, and hydrogeology.
ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION
In the Environmental Engineering program, research focuses on air and water quality and modeling, wastewater and industrial waste treatment, and ground water contamination.
