COMMUNICATION STUDIES

Honours Communication Studies

Total courses: forty.

Major requirements: twenty courses including 40-101, 40-200, 40-202, 40-225, 40-234, 40-257, 40-275 plus thirteen additional courses, at least five of which must be at the 300 or 400 level, and at least two of those must be at the 400 level. (40-398, 40-399, 40-498 and 40-499 do not count as fulfilling the 300 and 400 level requirements.)

Option requirements: six courses including
(a) two courses from Arts;
(b) two courses from Languages or Science;
(c) two courses from any area of study, excluding Social Sciences.

Other requirements:
(a) four courses from any area of study, including Communication Studies;
(d) ten courses from any area of study, excluding Communication Studies.
